Clumsy Klaira, that’s my nick name for this little peach.

You wouldn’t know it by looking at her… However, I can remember a time one late October evening when we were hosting a Childrens Halloween party for my son and his friends, this little ball of energy dressed head to toe in her costume, fell bean first into the bottom corner of my wooden staircase. There I am nearly in tears as panic started to set in.

Her parents pick her up from the floor, blood gushing from her forehead and cool calm and collected put her in the car to take her to the hospital reassuring me that this type of thing happens all the time, she’ll be fine.

Meanwhile, I’m a stress pot cursing my darn staircase and my slippery wooden floors… Three hours, and a gash full of stitches later… They show up back at my house, Klaira right as rain ready to keep on partying.
